Dropped my car off at 7:30 am to get all 4 tires changed, store manager told me it would take hour and a half, got a call at 11 saying he couldnt get a bolt off, afterwards I called and checked to see how much longer it would take, at around 2, got told 20 minutes. By the time i got there the tire's hadn't even been reinstalled nor how they changed the bolt the were supposedly changing. Staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process. To top it all off, after waiting another 45 mins, I asked how much longer to which the manager replied " do you want it done fast, or do you want it done right?". When I finally got the car back, the car had a lug nut missing, and rim covers were loose. Take your car legit anywhere else. PS Doesnt look like they changed any bolts at all, meaning the $33 they charged me for the bolt was for nothing.

I have never wanted to leave a bad review, but this experience warrants one. This is my first negative review ever. I brought my car in because I heard a screeching noise coming from one of the tires. I was told the repair would take an hour or two, so I decided to wait. After about two hours, I noticed my car was still sitting in the parking lot and had not even been brought into the garage. That should have been my sign to leave, but I needed the car repaired. Another hour passed before I was finally told they did not have the necessary part and would need to order it. I agreed, took an Uber to work, and was told the car would be finished by the end of the day. When I returned around 6:30 PM, the car still was not done. I was then told it would be ready first thing the next morning. I took another Uber home and came back around 9:00 AM the next day, only to find that the car was still not finished. When they finally completed the repair, I drove off the lot and immediately every warning light imaginable came on across the dashboard. I brought the car right back. They "reset the lights" and told me everything was fine. I drove away again, and within minutes all of the warning

I was greeted immediately upon entering the premises. The representative asked what I was there for. I was in to request an appointment for ths oil change and air filter alerts pinging on my dash. They were able to take me in right then. Other services were offered which I denied. They gave the car a good check-up and I was on my way in under an hour. I am consistently happy with the interactions and services I have received over the years!

I purchases 4 tires online and picked Mr. Tire to do the install. I received a call from the center the morning of my service. I had arranged to drop my car off the night before as I have to start work at 5:30am. During the call, I was asked why I brought my vehicle in! I filled out the envelope as well as putting my keys in my own envelope explaining the reason I dropped it off. After I explained it was there for 4 tires to be installed, I was told that it would be done. I received another call a few hours later telling me that I needed front lower control arms at $1900.00! And also rear brakes and rotors. I told the manager that I couldn’t afford that work and was told that the tire replacement would be done. I then received a call stating that I needed a set of lug nuts as mines were ‘swollen’! Luckily I had the original lug nuts that came with the car at home. When I picked up my car, they showed be the lower control arms which had slight tears in the bushings. Nothing to be overly alarmed at. I was told that they were CRACKED! I did the brakes and rotors about a year ago (I don’t drive the car much) so I was skeptical on the brakes needing to be replaced. I also asked for one

Mr. Tire Auto Center was able to remove my wheel lock after the dealership didn’t put the key back in my glove compartment. I arrived by tow truck just 30 minutes before closing, and they still took care of me without hesitation. The job was completed in about 15 minutes at a reasonable price. A special thank you to store manager Rose, who made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I truly appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
